Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on medikaldevice.com. The seller is SCMDSD LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Professional use
Products are sold for professional use. At checkout you confirm that you are purchasing for professional use and that the device may be legally used in your country. Some devices are restricted to licensed healthcare professionals or require a prescription under US law; you are responsible for meeting those requirements before use. Device profiles are provided for information only and are not medical advice.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include delivery. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, by card (processed by Stripe) or PayPal. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach our servers. Any sales, use or import taxes due in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.
Delivery
Shipping is free. Orders are delivered within 48 hours. A signature is required on delivery, and the carrier makes up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us and we contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Returns and refunds
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original, complete packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or not as described. Single-use items and consumables whose sterile or sealed packaging has been opened (for example glucose sensors or test cartridges) cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty only. SCMDSD LLC gives no additional warranty, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We will help you contact the manufacturer for any warranty claim.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of SCMDSD LLC for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
