Terms of Sale & Returns

These terms apply to every purchase made on medikaldevice.com. The seller is SCMDSD LLC, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is made by card through Stripe when the order is placed.

Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 48 hours.
• A signature is required on delivery.
• The carrier makes two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us and we contact you.

Returns

• You may return a device within 30 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item is defective or does not match the order.
• Opened sterile consumables cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

Devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. SCMDSD LLC does not provide any additional warranty.
